How exactly do I fix this?

Ok...I have a 91 3.1 firebird and the ac gets cold and the heater is pretty hot after driving for awhile ( like 10 mins) ..well the only problem is that the only vent that has alot of air coming out on any setting is the top vent in the middle. The bottom vent in the middle has EXTREMELY low air/heat coming out. You can't feel it at all but you know its there. The passenger side vent is just like the bottom middle one. The driver side vent has slightly more air coming out. ( you can actually feel it if you put your hand by it)

Is there a way to get all of the vents working like my top middle one?

You have a vac leak. The defroster is the default setting. As this is a common problem, a search will provide a ton of info.
