Factory fan switch connector removal

Factory fan switch connector removal

How does this connector unplug? Tried to get it off with my hands but it wont go. Thanks

The fan switch is a single plug that has a latch on the bottom that hooks over a catch on the bottom side of the switch in the connector. Just pull the latch down a bit to get it out of the way of the catch and it'll pull right off.
