Heater core hoses

Howdy once again. I have a 1987 iroc z with a 305 tpi engine. I have just replaced the heater core. However the car use to have A/C but the compressor and everything has been taken out and the left side (from the engine view) of the heater core hose was cut off. I need to know where to run this hose and if it should just be a replacement or what. thank you for your time and information.

Re: Heater core hoses

Since your HVAC is hacked, I can't provide specifica instructions on how to hook your heater core up.

But generally, one hose will run from the heater core to the top of the intake manifold (or to the throttle body in this case). The other hose runs from the heater core to the water pump.

Re: Heater core hoses

Can you take a pic of it? Several would be best.
So their is no confusion cause I think what you are calling the left side is the passenger side. Should be that side.
