AC Control Valve

Where is this thing located? I just replaced my blower motor and discovered that air will not stop blowing through the defroster vents. I've tried switching to and from every setting. I believe it would be a missing/disconnected/broken vacuum line OR the ac control valve. Does anyone know where it is located and where the vacuum sources are on a 91 LO3?

OUT OF CONTROL

There is a hose coming from the manifold, which goes to a T.

It runs to a spherical vacuum tank located in the engine compartment.

A hose goes through the firewall to the HVAC controls.
