want electric wp... proform?

looking at getting an electric water pump for my car is the proform pump halfway decent, this is a car that gets street use very rarely and spends most of its life down the track. what is a bang for the buck waterpump? also need to do a belt setup to run my alternator because i am pulling the powersteering. any help would be great.

Re: want electric wp... proform?

I use one in my car for street use.
I had to turn my altornator up side down and move it lower so I could get the belt to tighten, I just had to modify the mounting bracket to be the top mounting bracket and remake the tightening bracket into the bottem bracket.
The electric pump works great. I am going to modify one and put it in my 6.2L diesel suburban.
