Stewart Stage I or II????

Hey guys, the motor is almost back in, its a 355, RHS Pro-Torker heads, HSR, and a Comp XE-268 ground on a 112lsa. The stock water pump aint going back in so I'm wondering how much of a differance I'll notice between Stewart's stage I and stage II water pump on my set up with a stock radiator and dual fans? I really wanted to go with an aluminum pump but its over twice the price of the stage I and if the stage I will keep the car sufficently cool then the few pounds of weight saved aint worth all the extra dough. Thanks.

James
