So I was gonna install it the other day and could not find the connector for it. The sensor itself thats there looks fine but when we had the other engine before we did the swap. The old 305 had a small electrical fire and it seems we cut off the connector or its not there. The only loose wire I see is a green one. Would that be it? Its in the harness wires leading to the starter.

Thanks,
Carlos

With key on, ground it and see if the fans come on.

I seem to remember blue wire and black wire - one was for fan switch other was for knock sensor. Green I'm unsure - but won't kill anything to ground it and see what happens
