89 camaro rs, water in exhaust

My problem is i finally got all of my dash lights to go away and i could finally drive my car. I was driving down the road and my engine temp hit 220 degrees. i lost the water in my radiator and my service engine light turns on once it loses its water.

i sent the car to my moms friend and he said my intake gasket and head gaskets and heads where fine. i have puddles of water coming out my exhaust and i dont have any leaks in the engine compartment. I didnt think it was possible to get water in the exhaust without having a blown head gasket and i have no idea where to start.

If anyone knows any other things i could check or how my water could get in my exhaust please help

thank you.

Is it water, or coolant? Some condensation coming from the exhaust is normal. Does it smell like antifreeze, and is the smoke white?

Re: 89 camaro rs, water in exhaust

there isnt really any smoke except for when i start it. its not too bad. and i dont have coolant in my radiatot because everytime i drive it it loses all the fluid in the radiator. and i know its water because there are puddles of water behind my exhaust. i put it up on ramps and ran it looking for the leak and when i shut it off i had puddles of water behind the exhaust. is there any possible way for my radiators fluid to get into my exhaust without a blown head, head gasket or intake manifold gasket?

WHere does all the water from your radiator go when you "lose" it? Is there any water in your oil? What about your heater core? Does your engine have an oil cooler, by any chance?
Someone will correct me if im wrong, but the only places water from your radiator goes is the following:

Runs through heads, intake, and block
Heater core
Oil cooler, if you have one

Thats about it. You might try bypassing your heater core (splicing the 2 pieces of hose coming off your radiator together with a piece of pvc or something) and seeing if it still loses water.
