green wire white strip pass cooling fan

its driving me crazy, where does it go? what wire does it connect to? please help ! pictures would help but not necessary, it looks like it connects to 2 relays(probably coolant fans) im think its supposed to splice and go to a 2nd wire, which one and color? thanks, pass fan not turning on

i hot wired the plug where the rely goes and the fan is still good, but when i hook up the rely and put the jumper key in the computer it wont turn on? i switch the fan relays and the driver side one turns on with ether relay, so its not the relay, what next? please help

i think it stopped working when lock smith put in new ignition cylinder, said it was for a Cadillac, which sucks because it wont turn backwards for the radio when off.
does that help anyone? who do i got to sleep with to get some help around here?

The computer applies ground to that wire when it wants the pass side fan to come on.

The wire goes to the primary fan relay.

ok thanks, what if the tan wire or the the orange isnt working? i dont have a tester, its not getting power, what do i do if this is the case
