Upper Radiator Hose Issue
Upper Radiator Hose Issue
So, I noticed today after mounting the alternator on, that my ribbed upper radiator hose will not fit around it. I also have the straight thermostat housing, not the one bent toward the driver side. Does anyone know what hose will work for me there? I have a 92 camaro with a carbed Crate 350.

You could use some Romex wire (interior house wire) or similar item (coat hanger?) and mold it to the shape of hose you need. Then look the the hose inventory at the local parts store for the shape and size you need.

Re: Upper Radiator Hose Issue
Just get a 90* thermostat housing, I have this one on my motor:

Only $7, and it wont warp because its cast iron. Than that opens up your radiator hose selection.
