Engine: Work In Progress

Radiator question
I was wondering if anyone has bought a radiator/fan combo off of ebay and if they have had any problems. I am on a really tight budget and want to know what you guys think about this product and if I should invest in it or what you guys suggest. I am really not trying to spend $300-500
