Low Temp Fan Switch Install
The guy that just rebuilt the engine (L98 350) in my 89 Formula suggested I install this switch (you will have to search for part # 244198 as I couldn't get the link to go directly to it)
http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb....ort~A2~cadefib
So I ordered the part and was going to install. I'm not very mechanically inclined, but I can follow instructions. The install instructions are attached. So which does my car have a) Electric Cooling Fan Controlled by a Fan Control Switch or b) Electric Cooling Fan(s) Controlled by the ECM/PCM (Computer)?
Thanks,
Chris

You have both actually. But for the piece mentioned above, you will be using the fan controlled by fan switch method.
Drain the coolant, unplug and unscrew the stock fan switch between the #6 and #8 cylinder on the passenger side (you can only see this from below the car). Screw in the new one and plug it back in. Add coolant back to the car.

Re: Low Temp Fan Switch Install
So is this for the passenger side fan ? I'm having a problems, my driver side fan kikd on just fine and at the right time..although my pass. Fan won't come on I changed the fan moter not the Problem ..so IM looking for a switch that Will only trigger that pass. Side fan on by it's self.. Does this switch do that? Do u recommend this switch on a 92 Camaro seeing how it's for a corvette? And is this the best one to get for my situation? Sorry for the noob questions.
