My fan is STILL running...
I've changed the cts, and two of what I've been told were the fan relays. Passenger side fan still runs at engine startup, and apparently (I haven't looked under the hood while I'm driving) all the time. I'm assuming this is the secondary fan? The three relays near the drivers side hood hinge are either not fan relays, or there's something going on I don't understand. I even disconnected the third relay that I didn't replace that I thought might be the fuel pump, and not only did the car still start, the fan did also. There is a small red wire coming out of the same harness with the relay wiring that is not connected to anything, and I don't see any receptacle where it could be plugged in. The plug at the end is a female about 3/8" or so wide and about an inch long. I was going to take a pic, but forgot to today.

Why don't you email me. It'll be easier to write to you than to write a long post here.
