Heater core hose routing

Hi, i have a 84 firebird and im wondering where do i route my heater core hoses?

i know one has to go to the water pump, and another to the intake manifold but what is what on the firewall ?

the engine is just a plain old 350 if it matters...

Thx Stefan

Doesn't too much matter which way you hook em up at the firewall, as long as the lines fit.

Which if you look closely, you'll observe that the nipple in the intake is 5/8", and the one in the WP is 3/4"; and one of the firewall ones is 5/8" and the other 3/4".

I'll let you finish up the math from there.

Then pop the wrong size fitting for the intake outta there, and go to Home Depot or something, and get the right one. ½" pipe thread to 5/8" hose.

Yeah that sort of thing often is... especially when you aren't familiar with it beforehand.

Sounds like some PO didn't know what they were doing either.
