Be Cool install
Had to replace radiator so I ordered a Be Cool, expensive but I wanted a made in USA product. The Be Cool is not a direct fit but it was close on my 91 RS auto although I can't get it to sit in the rounded bottom for the shroud (fan head rubs against radiator), I do have it bolted to that bracket. I'm waiting for my new coolant reservoir to arrive (bolt in fender well would just spin, had to destroy it to get it out) before putting back on the road.
I'm going to try and post a couple pics of what I found when I pulled the old rad out.
That pile of leaves was between old rad and AC condenser and the other is the old rad facing the AC condenser. It's no wonder I had a overheating problem. Maybe if you are having overheating issues this would be something to look at.

Re: Be Cool install
From what I recall, there are 2 size BeCooL Radiators for our cars... One is pretty much drop in, the bigger one may need slight mods...
Someone can chime in to confirm....

Re: Be Cool install
Mine fan rubbed some as well but, it is warped. I ended up getting some bolts and nuts from a hardware store to push the fan out from the radiator. I did have to cut down the lower rad rubber mounts to make the radiator fit. This was the single electric fan with the Be Cool "direct fit" radiator 60015.
