how to install toggle switch for fan

how do i install a toggle switch for my dual fans to work . pics diagram would be great . just need help

You can wire it like this with a spdt relay. The thermo switch can be a backup.
Here is some info on lower temp switches for the fan:
This fan switch turns ON @ 212 degrees & OFF @ 204 degrees:
Four Seasons 35946 (this is the GN sensor, GM OE # = 3053190)
(STANDARD MOTOR PRODUCTS Part # TS136 )
TS136 - closes 204 degrees
TS85 - closes at 211 degrees
TS147 - closes at 222 degrees
