A/C Compressor Fuse Location

Is the A/C Compressor fuse under the hood, or under the drivers dash? My compressor won't kick on, trying to bypass relay..
Any photo diagram?

No fuse, no relay, no photo diagram, that I know of.
Most likely, the thing keeping it from operating, is the low pressure cutoff switch mounted on the side of the accumulator. And the reason it's doing that is, there's no refrigerant in the system and therefore the pressure in it is below 20 psi or so, the cutoff point. And most likely the reason there's no refrigerant is because it all leaked out. The most likely reason for that is that the system has leaks that need to be fixed before attempting to charge it up.
