Nead some help with TPI (newbie)
Im new to this forum but I think I will be coming here a lot because it looks like you can lear a lot here.
I dont have a 3Gen Camaro but I do have a 1Gen so I hope that is ok.
If you look at the tittle you can see that I nead some help with TPI system that I have, I just got me a new toy it is a 86 S10 and it has got a carbed 350 and 700R4 tranny I want to take the carb off and but this TPI system that I have the system was in the Camaro when I got it but I did not want it in there wanted it to look more stock if I opend the hood.
My Q is where can I get some info on how to hook up the tpi to the car I have found out where all the sensors go and how to hook up the fuel pump.
The only thing Im not sure about is this plug where I have 4 wires I think they have 2 blue one one black and one brown, I know the black one it a ground and I know it is not the O2 or the knock sensor so what cant it be?
Is there any place online that you can goto to see how to hook up the computer this is a 7730 computer and yes it is a MAP system Im putting on my car.
I have a 91 Corvette that has TPI so I know a little about TPI systems and it looks like here you have a lot of people that know this like back of there hands.
I did do a search but I did not find what I was looking for.
