locked BLM/pivot table groupings
I'm currently optimizing the fuel tables in my EMC 727. After realizing that VE master wasn't going to get me the detail I needed, disabling the "forced idle fuel cell for CCP duty cycle", disabling WOT, locking the BLMs and logging the STFT I'm finally very close.
My questions are:
1.) after exporting the data logging file to excel has anyone used the "pivot" table in excel to calculate the averages?
I'm averaging at each rpm row in 25 rpm steps. I'm "grouping" the MAPs +/- 5 kpa (i.e. for a MAP of 20, I group 15 to 24.9 kpa).
2.) is this the best way to average the MAP?
My car is a 91 L98 corvette w/a monster 396 and matching tranny. I didn't really want to get into this ecm stuff but I couldn't find anyone that could do a good job no matter what the cost.

Build a DIY-WB.com, and then run open loop.
Tune as necessary.
Closed loop is for the sake of the converter, for non emission purposes other AFRs tend to be better for the health of the engine, IMO.
