I have a few questions about the Accel setup.

1) I've heard they have to be sent places to be worked on. Why? I thought they were completely self operating.

2) Once your engine stated, and the computer starts to auto-learn, do you have to press any buttons or anthing along the way? Or will it optimize itself automatically?

1) only if you don't have the means to do it yourself

2) you should have all the necessary equipment to work with it like the laptop. don't expect to just plug it in and have it work as well as a stock computer. i've heard of people claiming that but i have yet to see it done.


at $10 an hour for tuning what are you using if it's not dfi?

 

I currently tune with craig moates software and tunercats.
