ripping out my computer

I have a 84 z28. It is computer assisted. I am not sure how much of my car is controlled by the computer. I got the dash out and it looks like everything is wired into it. IS there an easy way to know what will be affected by removing the computer and some of its wiring??

Also, I want to get a digital instrument panel from summit. I am planning on putting a t56 from tremmec in my car. Should I just get a panel for a 86 z28, since it has a vehical speed sensor?

I am going with a twin turbo setup for my car. I have an intake pump and a mechicanal pump. I plan on putting an inline high psi pump but I am worried if the intank pump will be able to supply enough feul to the inline pump. Is there another higher volume pump that will fit in sending unit?

thanks for your help.
