SCANNER for data logging?

What are some good scanners to use for data logging? Not a laptop, not winaldl, not moates, etc, I am strictly looking for a scanner to do the job of collecting data for burning chips.

If you insist on using a handheld scan tool instead of a laptop, there's a comparison writeup at http://www.autoxray.com/dnload/KettReport.pdf that shows some of what's available.

Most of the handheld scan tools I've seen are designed more for diagnostics rather than tuning, and are somewhat lacking as far as storage & playback capability, which is important for chip tuning. But, this one looks like it'd work OK, since you can download the scanned data to a PC and actually do something useful with it.

I still think the laptop-based stuff is a better choice, though.
