can the ECM be told via the prom to turn the second fan on

I have a 91 Z28 w/ dual fans and I have removed my A/C and now the second fan is useless unless I run a manual switch. Is there a way that the prom can be programmed somehow to turn that second fan on at the same time the primary fan comes on. That would be so much easier then running a wires all over the car for a manual switch. I have a custom prom from FASTCHIP if it matters

Yeah its easy (thanks Glenn) you just have to switch pins at the computer harness. Then just set the temps you want the fans to kick on and off. Might be better to have them come on one at a time. So as not to have to much of a load on the system as they kick on.
