who has the best mail order prom tuning out there?

heres my story.

I swapped from a 305 TPI to a 350 TPI, 70's 350, bored .030, stock reground crank, summit stage 2 rods, -8cc hyperutectic pistons, and 54cc ported 305(601 casting) heads. I am sorta expecting over 10.0:1 compression ratio, but i hope other things let it be less then that amount. I have LT1 24# injectors, low mileage, soon to buy a 350 knock sensor, AFPR, and a moderate cam.

I havn't started the engine yet and dont want to until i have a good computer to run the engine.

For my situation which online prom tuning company would be best. I need a chip that will help in breaking in my cam.
