engine wont start after FAST upgrade

I swapped out my SD setup for a FAST setup and now I cannot get the engine to fire. All it does is rotate. I have a laptop hooked up to the ECM and I am able to connect to the ECM. I am getting readings from various sensors and the fuel pump is working correctly. I do have a VATS setup in the car and I have tried jumping the 2 biggest wires on the starter enable relay but nothing changed. if anyone is familiar with the dashboard layout for the laptop then please chime in and let me know what I can look for to help figure out what if wrong here. Its gotta be spark or VATS I think. You guys have any tips for me here. Im am pulling my hair out.

The FAST setup doesn't care about VATs, so it isn't that. Pull a plug and see if its wet with fuel. Then check for spark. Power to coil?
