map vacuum source
Hey this weekend I am gonna tackle the MAP swap from MAF. Just curious if theres any rules for the vacuum to the map sensor. I havn't really paid attention before but have seen something about length and diameter making a difference on the reading. is this true? also is it better to be engine mounted or firewall mounted?
Last question, I am out of vacuum ports on my intake, Can I T it off something like the fuel pressure regulator or is that a bad idea? I may have an extra port now I think about it

Don't use the FPR source. Let it have a dedicated source. Maybe drill the intake, and add another port. Firewall or engine does not really matter, but I would choose engine mount, to keep the vacuum hose as short as possible. One important thing is to mount the sensor in the upright position,(plug, and vacuum port facing down.)
