dfi 7 ignition problems/ crank no start
My ignition module took a crap yesterday, now the car will not run with the system controling timming. anyone ever have this problem?
Hook up your Laptop and see if you get RPM displayed on the screen while you are cranking.
If you don't see the engine speed changing while you are cranking, it's a problem with the crank signal to the DFI.
If you do see RPM, and the injectors are working, then it's a problem with the EST output signal or whatever is actually firing the coil (or the coil itself).
