LT1 vs TPI computers?

I'm trying to get a feel for how much more advanced the LT1 style injection is over the TPI. Assuming you had identical engines, how much more power would the MAF based LT1 injection system make over the TPI batch fire system? (ignoring the minor details), If you were to put an LT1 computer on a TPI motor, how much more power would it make? How about gas milage?
