Torque Converter lockup with holley commander?

I'm installing a holley commander 950 standalone engine management in a 87 Iroc. How do I get the torque converter lockup to function properly with out the use of the factory ecm?? Can I keep the factory ecm partially connected to control the lockup function or will it not work properly?

You need to get a lockup switch. There anywhere from $80-$200 both summit and jegs have them in different styles. And then you can just scrap the ecm.
