Gear ratio change...
I recently swapped my stock axle (3.23 gears) out for a 10 bolt out of a '95 camaro (3.5's) and noticed that the ecm started flashing the ses light. Will a gear ratio change set off error codes? I was thinking that since the cruise rpm has changed, vacuum at cruise would be different than what the ecm expects and set off error codes... or am I way off? Thanks.
