some more Q's
Which wire is the fuel pump relay? Does the fuel pump relay wire ever turn off after the ignition has been turned on?
I got the megasquirt 2 and am lost at how to wire the fuel pump relay wire. IS that for only turning on the fuel pump or what...
Anyone know what the power is for the MS II?

Re: some more Q's
The MS is designed to turn on the fuel pump relay. If I remember correctly, it supplies the ground to activate the fuel pump relay. The power wire is the red wire and that goes to a keyed 12v source.
The MS will activate the fuel pump for 3 seconds when first switched on to prime the system and unless the MS sees a rpm signal (ie a running engine) it will shut off the fuel pump.
Sorry I haven't responded to your pm yet, I've been busy with some other work.

No it is quite alright. I am so lost with that section.
So I disconnect the red wire from where ever it is coming from and wire it into the MS right?-
Now when you mean the red wire, that is for the MS right?
THe color of the fuel relay is what? or do i put it into the ground?

by red wire, i meant the red wire in the MS harness is the one that goes to a keyed 12v source. I assume thats what you were asking by power wire.
As for the fuel pump relay wire. It should be pin#37 on the DB37 connector on the MS unit (looking at the MS unit, and at the connector. It will be the pin the farthest to the right on the bottom row).
It connects to pin 85 on the fuel pump relay, then the keyed 12v for the pump connects to pin 86 on the relay. The wire to the pump itself connects to pin 87. Then finally pin 30 on the relay connects to a 12v source. This assumes you are using a typical bosch relay. I'm not sure about the F Body factory relay and the coloring and pin assignments.
