ECM for TPI? Keep or toss?

I think I have an '87 TPI system: box of parts, unknown origin. The oddball ECM included is pictured below. A google search of the service number comes up with hits for an '01 Grand AM, a '98 Pontiac, or a '98/'99 Chevy Alero.... ??? So, can the TPI be made to work with this? or do I need to find something else? And would a TPI style harness work with it?

Stock goodwrench motor, 350, older non-smog truck.

Not without some huge re-wiring and custom programming, I would imagine. See the thread on OBDII thirdgen TPI setup.
