steady throttle, afr and rpm spike up and down.

Engine: L33 5.7
Transmission: T56
Axle/Gears: Stock IRS
steady throttle, afr and rpm spike up and down.
Check this out, see under a steady throttle, about 17% in this photo, how come my rpm and afr spike up and down. this only started happening once I wired in my wideband o2 by innovate.
A few ideas in my mind, my control authority set for my EGO control was set to change my VE table up to 15% from its current number to swing richer or leaner as needed. perhaps this is too much and caused such great spikes even causing the engine to change rpm. so I am changing this to 10%.
for you familiar with megasquirt, I had my fuel table calculated with a seperate VE and AFR table, now I am going to use default COMBINED. I don't quite understand the difference even if I read it a million times, so I am going to use default COMBINED again..
Any other input on what could cause such a swing like this? Or am I on my own? this is megasquirt efi. but I dont think this matters in the context of general engine management.

Try filtering the WB output within the Innovate controller to smooth the output. Could be reading individual cylinder pulses and attempting to correct for that.
