OBD 1 to OBD 2

hey guys I'm doing an engine swap on my car and need some help here. background: its a 1991 firebird 3.1L V6...I have a 383TPI built sitting I'm going to put in when I get out of school soon. I have all the wiring and new computer but I was wondering what all it would take to convert my OBD1 connection to an updated OBD2...What is needed? How do I go about this? Thanks

Mike@eficonnection.com can build you an overlay harness to use the 0411 PCM.

Re: OBD 1 to OBD 2

can't you just use a stock OBD2 wire harness, and ECM,and then just change the other sensors.also possibly change the throttle body to the newer style?

Re: OBD 1 to OBD 2

The original van harness I started to use in my 41 pickup looked like crap. The harness ran all over the top of engine.
S10Wildside built a killer harness that you can hardly see.
