Engine: 305 TBI

Transmission: 700R4

Axle/Gears: Factory 2.73 (unfortunately)

Dyno Question....

I am in the process of tuning my 95 GMC Truck. I have read were it is good to be able to put a steady load on the engine to map certain areas better. Does anyone know of a inexpensive way to do this other than driving up hill or using a Dyno?
