Hello everyone, I'm trying to find someone familiar with using the Scangrafix software with their Snap-On MT2500. I'm having a problem getting "the brick" to communicate with the Scangrafix software program on my laptop. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. maxandpj

Can't you contact the software programer?
Or search the web for a more computer tech board that has used this?

That would be programmer and no, since this is older software and the company no longer supports it, I was trying any forum I deemed hopeful.
