Tuning For Dummies(ME)

I have 1986 TA WS6 TPI, It has a MAF sensor. The engine is stock, besides some headers and full exhaust. I am wanting to bolt up a Pro-Charger D1SC kit to it. I already have the serpentine setup for the car. My concern is tuning. I don't know the difference between a MAP and a MAF? Would I need a FMU? or would I be better of getting a new fuel injection auto tune kit? Lets keep this simple for me as I am new to this tuning thing! Thanks for your time guys!

There's so many stikies here to learn from. Read them, then if you have a quaestion use the term from sticky and someone will help you get going.
