Hey first off I made this account to ask and see if you guys know my problem

I own a 92 firebird 3.1 v6 and I'm experiencing a chugging idle after the car is warm when its cool the car runs like a champ. It is at the GM dealer by my house and they say code 22 And 33 are being shown but the map and tp s are working fine. They said my ecm may be bad cause its saying the car is running when it is shut off. Have you guys ever ran into anything like this or is it just my car.
