Bosch Design 4 Injector specs

Bought a set of these off FIC- rated at 24pph at 43.5psi, that's all the info provided. #280-158-138/7C3E-AB.
Looking for information relating to 'injector compensation' regarding EBL.

Re: Bosch Design 4 Injector specs

Looks like I found the answer- part numbers aside. 23pph = 24.242pph at 43.5psi

Re: Bosch Design 4 Injector specs

Thanks, just curious about the conversion from Ford to GM psi vs injector flow rate- I tried 2 sites which give me 24.242/24.244 vs your 25.4pph?

Using the traditional formula of: NewFlow = OldFlow * SqRt(NewPsi / OldPsi)

Does produce the 24.2 #/hr number.

The 25.4 #/hr number is derived from the data sheet. As the fuel pressure changes the flow rate doesn't change in the traditional sense of flow through an orifice.

The calculation for this uses the "AHISL (lb/s)" value and the FNPW_HSCOMP table.
