Custom tune shop in NJ?

So I was on the fence about diving in and learning how to tune the car myself and buying all the equipment ect. ect. But I don't plan on doing any upgrades engine wise so a think a one time tune by a professional would be my best bet. The problem is I live in central NJ and I have no idea where to get a custom tune done. Could anyone point me in the right direction?

There are a few shops that tune, but I'm taking LS and LT motored cars and DFI. Are you using stock ECM? What year and motor is your car?

Yea unfortunately it's just a tpi 350. It's a 1988 iroc. I just finished a 305 to 350 swap and frankly I'm not impressed with results. It feels just like the 305. I did everything right as well as far as the swap goes. 350 esc, knock sensor, prom, 22lb injectors ect. It has full exhaust with a fully ported base, slp runners and plenum with gutted air box, ect. Ect. So I think modestly I should expect 280hp out of it and it feels more like 220hp and I think the issue is in the tuning.
