Can anybody help?

I have an '85 Corvette which I upgraded to a 165 ecm. I also changed to a small cap distributor at the same time. When I got ready to start the engine it fired right off but would not stay running and was way rich. I thought I had done something wrong while re-pinning the ecm so I proceeded to make a mess of the wiring. Fast forward a bit. I figured out my "new" distributor was faulty so I got another new one. Fast forward to today. The engine fires right up but won't idle by itslef until the engine gets to around 160*, at that point something kicks in and the thing smooths right out and idles all by itself. My other issues are the IAC is also new but not working correctly, it sits on 160 counts all the time unless I rev it a bit, then it will drop 15-20 counts but come right back to 160. Also, the car will not go into closed loop at all. I am guessing it is still a wiring problem but I don't know where it can be. The ecm has a tune by PCMforless. Anybody got any ideas I can try?

Try a stock tune for a matching combination used in the '165. Most people will suggest using an '89 calibration since it is the newest for the '165 and deletes the cold start injector/valve.

Depending on how PCMforLess set the bin file, you may be over or under fueling the engine at warm up, depending on whether you still have the cold start injector/valve.

It would have to be a modified memcal so the vats would not stop my injectors from firing but I can see if I can find one.
