Question on Craig's Software

While I finally got my cable from AKM electronics soldered together last night and tried it out this morning with Craig Moates' ECM software and both of them work great! My question though is how do I know what the acceptable values are? My car is running good right now, so I could use the values I've got now...but I'm wondering if someone has a list of the expected values. I hope that makes sense...There's just so much data I just want to make sure I'm deciphering it properly.
