1989 2.8 Fuel Injection, Turns it's self off!!

1989 2.8 Fuel Injection, Turns it's self off!!
Help! This is too weird! With the car in park run the engine up to 4000rpm it turns it self off. While driving if you floor it and it hits 4000RPM it turns it's self off.
Have just replaced ECM, ICU, MAP. Any help would be really appreciated.
