EBL O2 term questions
What does the "INT-Lean O2 INT delay Multiplier" and the "O2 minor loop filter" do? There are some similar tables which are specifically for the idle so if I can understand their functions I could apply it to the idle circuits as well.
There are a few tables which employ "filters" such as the "O2-slow O2 filter". Does a value of 2% mean it reduces it by 2% or is it smoothed by 2%?
I'm experiencing some difficulty in tuning and one seems to be a lazy INT. Generally, it seems to be slow to pull fuel when the O2 is reporting rich.

The "INT - Lean O2 INT delay Multiplier" is used to reduce the INT delay when the O2 value is lean and going in the lean(er) direction.
It is a multiplier to the current INT delay, so a value of 80% reduces the INT delay to 80% of what it originally was.
The "O2 minor loop filter" is a fast filter and is compared against the slow filtered O2 value. The ECM uses this comparison to know the direction the O2 sensor value is going. IOW, is the O2 value heading in the rich direction or the lean direction.

It is a basic 1st order lag filter. So in this case the filter uses 2% of the new value, and 98% of the old value to create the 'newer' value.
A filter of 100% just passes the new value through as the newer value. Note that this 'newer' value becomes the value used, along with it being the new value in the next pass of the filter.
