02 Sensors and Ranges

I finally got my TunerPro RT up and running. My 89 350TPI has a couple intermittent issues that I've been trying to pin down.

On the data log I'm getting wildly ranging readings of 100-900 on the O2 link. The other parameters tied to the O2 are also out of range....
The O2 sensor is a Carquest Bosch unit. I've read a few things and I've ordered up a ACDelco AFS21 to replace it.

Any chance I've found my culprit ?

In closed loop the O2 sensor signal is supposed to oscillate. See posts 8 & 9 in this thread for some screenshots:

That pretty much looks like mine... except I'm hitting 900+ ... But it is oscillating like that
