autoxray working weird

I bought me a 89 Firebird a couple weeks ago and came to hook it to my AXR scanner. It told me that the Scan was successful like it should but when I got to real time data it would show me the sensor values but they would not change. For example the RPM reading was at 930 but it would not even move a little so I unplugged it and plugged it in again.Same effect. One other things is that the Engine Load showed 98 (0-255) when I idled the car. Also the Ox sensor was at 400mV but the gases smalled definitely not like a lean mixture. Could it be that the ox sensor went south or is it more likely to have a bad MAP sensor. Since i m living in Austria I don t want to change parts which aren t definitely dead because everything is pretty expensive for "exotic" cars like the Bird over here. Thanks for any reply.

AUTO X-RAY

im sure you know this but just t make sure first,
after you (scan) the car, then press (data) you select
(mon) to see real time data while car is running otherwise you
are just viewing the second you presses scan.
but on the other note - i have a problem w/mine (vehical not responding) sometime it will work all day long then out of
no where it starts saying that and no matter what i try it doesnt
work. ive tried batteries, unplugging and plugging it in several times, moving the interface cable .....
