Wide Band and 7727 ecm

Wide Band and 7727 ecm

how do you go about wiring up a wide band o2 to data log in Tuner Pro, I have a 7727 ecm and I am looking at this wb o2 .

I did find a pdf on how to wire it directly to the ecm but would rather not do this, I read somewhere that I could yous the input for the oil temp sensor, but I would like to just splice into the aldl connector if possible.

Does tuner pro have custom inputs through ALDL? If not, it won't work. Tuner pro needs to know to pull the data from the pin.

Don't know why you're against hardwiring to the ECU. It's easy and works like OEM.

I plan on only using the wb o2 temporary for tuning purposes only, then removing it afterwards, I dont like the idea of messing with the ecm so I would rather find a another way.

Assuming you are using $8d in the 7727, use S_AUJP v5. All the work is done for you and the AEM WBo2 is directly supported to report AFR. Here:
