Accel Gen 6 DFI - only (2) injectors firing?

Transmission: T56 AWD
Axle/Gears: 4.10
Accel Gen 6 DFI - only (2) injectors firing?
This is an old Gen 6 DFI connected to a 77135 TBI unit.
The TBI is fitted with Fox mustang 'green top' injectors.
The problem I'm having is that it is only firing (2) injectors out of the (4) so I have had to fatten the living hell out of all of the enrichment tables just to get it to run.
Switching the harness up proves that all injectors work but I'm not firing all (4)
The operating system on this is a 015015. I have no clue what basefile to start with, I just loaded one and changed it from SDF to TBI and made a couple other tweaks. Is there stuff going on behind the scenes in the old basefiles that would make it work like GM TBI (only 2 injectors?)?

I found some oldschool DFI catalogs and luckily I have all of the base files from the accel website (they are long gone now)
So the TBI system was 74135 listed in the catalog, and it just so happens there is a 74135 listing in the basecal folder.
Going to try and see if this sorts me out. Fingers crossed
Have to get all sleuth detective to find this crap...a readme file in the basecal with application usage would be pretty helpful
