Re: Step sheet for EBL learn
Thanks but I thought there could be a made up print out check list that could be next to you as you do a VE learn on the WUD without going through the pages of the manual.

Re: Step sheet for EBL learn
There really isn't a need for a step sheet. Set up the parameters as shown in the doc's for the VE Learn preferences.
Then setup and do the first VE Learn. Now when doing back to back learns everything is already set up and easy.
The learn from dialog has the BIN of the last VE Learn. The learn to dialog has the BIN name of the new one filled in. So on both of these dialogs just hit the enter key.
The VE Learn is now active. Once the learn is done just go to the Flash display (ALT+D, F). This also shuts down the learn, no need to do it manually. The filename of the newly created BIN is auto-populated in the Flash display.
Only thing you may want to do is to select the next bank. I round-robin through them.
Click Apply and a few seconds later the BIN has been flashed in. Don't even need to key-off, can either leave the engine running or if it isn't, turn the key to start the engine.
Start another learn (ALT+F, L), hit the enter key on each dialog, and learn is active.
