93 LT1 injector driver FET identification help needed

Hello,

I'm trying to trace down the causes for a very rich idle on a mostly stock LT1, and the log data shows injector driver error.
I took apart the ECM, to look for any signes of damage, but all looks good. My assumption is that the FETs in the injector driver circuit have degraded over time.
I'm trying to find a suitable replacement, but I'm having a hard time identifying the part. I know it's TO-220 probably power mosfet, but I couldn't find anything on the internet based on the printed coding.
Any suggestions?
